This product is actually "chocolate-flavored" but it still tastes better than the melting wafers from the craft store. It's somewhat soft at room temperature and it melts fluidly. Ghirardelli baking chocolate is great for dipping pretzels, fruit, and just about anything. It sets quickly after dipping. Melt in a double boiler over low heat. If it gets too hot it will thicken. It was pricey but Amazon was the only place I could find it.
